As most members are aware, Senior Patrol Agent Denton Moberly was on-duty in February 2008 when he was poisoned by food he purchased at a fast food restaurant in Montana. Since the investigation in this case is still ongoing, the NBPC cannot provide any further details regarding the case. Read an article related to the story for additional information.
To date, Denton continues to have serious difficult medical issues as a result of the poisoning. His case with the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) has not been accepted at this time. As a result, the medical bills are piling up and he needs our help.
