Journeyman Increase Delayed

The NBPC just received a briefing from high-level Agency officials about next year's proposed budget, and was advised that the scheduled implementation date for the journeyman level increase will be delayed by up to six months. Instead of occurring next month as originally planned, it is now projected to be implemented as late as the final pay period in September. The Agency is also proposing to cut $15 million in FLSA, Sunday and holiday pay next year. More details about the proposed budget will be posted in the near future.
